Route to the Omni-Dash upgrade

1. Reach the Atom Collider after the opening courses. Buy atoms and plant the upgrade tree. The tree introduces Nuclear Power and Green Power progression rather than another copy of the first five courses.
2. Extend the tree and open the lower facility. Look for the door-opening upgrade and the refresh-orb unlocks. A door or an empty orb outline can be a progression gate; repeating an earlier jump does not buy the missing upgrade.
3. Activate Zip Movers and reach Course 10. The moving platforms are part of the route into the upper late-game area. Follow the level guide if you can see the next area but cannot reach its entrance.
4. Continue the tree to the Omni-Dash node and purchase it. Read the current price and prerequisite on the panel. A visible node is not the same as an owned upgrade; the achievement's trigger is the unlock.
5. Check the movement toggle before continuing. Hotfix 2 makes Omni-Dash optional: enabling it trades one midair jump for directional dashing. You can return to your previous moveset when a familiar route is easier that way.

Rizzoli's full-release run shows the purchase and achievement notification at about 1:20:13. That is a reference point in the recording, rather than an expected completion time.

If the tree stalls before the purchase

Keep the resource you need separate from the resource you happen to have. A large watt total does not substitute for a node priced in GP or NP.

• Green clones: revisit their chance upgrade. They remain relevant after later resource systems appear.
• Atom resets: check which courses and resources the next purchase resets. Spend a resource on useful upgrades before a reset that would remove it.
• Refresh orbs: buy their unlock before treating an outlined orb as an available jump or dash refill.
• Zip Movers: activate them rather than assuming reaching their platforms from another direction completes the gate.

Use the new movement without losing control

Start with one action on safe ground. The developer's movement guide describes a forward dash followed by a jump for distance, and a downward dash followed by a jump for height. Metal ground can refresh the dash. Practice the landing and refresh before combining several inputs beside spikes.

After enabling Omni-Dash, count your available midair jumps again. The Hotfix 2 trade is the usual reason a route that relied on an extra jump suddenly feels different. Official update notes.

The unlock is separate from completing your purpose, finding all secret upgrades and finishing VMAN courses. For the next target, use the achievement route plan or the hidden-upgrade routes.
